Fifty next-in-line supervisors of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 have graduated recently from a three-day Supervisory Development Course facilitated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) at the DENR Regional Office, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City.

The Course was designed to make supervisors in the bureaucracy become better decision-makers, problem solvers, and counselors to their direct reports.

β€œThe reward that you’ll be getting after the learning event is seeing yourselves improve your present level of competencies, apart from you becoming the future heads of your respective offices,” said Enforcement Division Joel Daquioag Chief who represented Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan during the event.

Forester Daquioag challenged the batch of incumbent supervisors to excel in the delivery of public service, including decision making, and the management of human resource.

Among the resource speakers were Directors Elpidio Bunagan, Rewina Arugay, and Maria Noemi Bustamante of CSC Field Office Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino, and Regional Office 2, respectively.#
