NEW DENR R2 FULL-FLEDGED CENR OFFICERS AND DIVISION CHIEFS. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Cagayan Valley headed by Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan congratulates its eight full-fledged Community Environment and Natural Resources (CENR) Officers and Division Chiefs.
 
In a recent nationwide blended oath-taking ceremony, DENR Undersecretary for Organizational Transformation and Human Resources Augusto Dela Peña administered the oathtaking of CENR Officers Zelda Vasquez, Minerva Paguigan, Proceso Canapi, and Joselito Razon; and Development Management Officers V Remedios Pauig and Ariel Lagua, Engineer V Fe Lingan, and Planning Officer V Nenita Naranja.
 
The ceremony was witnessed by DENR employees and family members of the appointees.#
