PROMOTING EFFICIENCY AND COMPETENCE FOR BETTER PUBLIC SERVICE. β€œLet us raise the bar in the delivery of public service even in the smallest thing that we do to improve our performance and to satisfy our customers,” Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) advised the attendees during the Reorientation of ENR Laws on Issuance of Licenses, Patents and Deeds held in Tuguegarao City.

She also encouraged them to provide timely and efficient responses to customer's needs and inquiries particularly on the progress of their transaction or application of land documents.

Among the 73 participants, five Land Management Officers III were recognized during the closing program. They were directed to act as subject matter experts in succeeding land-related learning events.

Class topnotchers were Ma. Leonora Laurente and Girlie Pagulayan of PENRO Cagayan, 1st and 2nd, respectively; Cesar Tolenada of PENR Sub-Office Nueva Vizcaya, 3rd; Alma Abanto of PENRO Isabela, 4th; and Frederick Maglay of CENRO Solana, 5th.

The three-day reorientation started on Feb. 8, this year, aims to enhance the functional competencies of land management personnel to have a common understanding on ENR policies, rules and regulations and to achieve a speedy processing and issuance of patents, permits and clearances issued by the DENR.#
