As a partner agency, the DENR was invited by the Fire Bureau to support their tree planting activity.

On October 15, 2021, the Bureau of Fire Protection Dupax Del Sur Fire Station together with the rest of the Fire Station personnel within the province of Nueva Vizcaya led a tree planting activity at the Benay Bridge, Bagumbayan, Dupax Del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya.

In the invitation letter signed by the Officer in Charge, SF04 Arnold G. Guntalilib, the officer stated that the activity was in support of the President’s

Executive Order No. 120,s 2020 re: STRENGTHENING REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY EFFORTS IN TYPHOON-HIT AREAS THROUGH THE CREATION OF THE BUILD BACK BETTER TASK FORCE.

The activity was also supported by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office of Dupax Del Sur headed by Forester Melvin M. Grospe.

The participants planted 200 seedlings of Tuai  and 50 Bamboo propagules along the Benay River.#(CENRO Dupax, Nueva Vizcaya)
