SIKAP-ARAL AND SERVICE AWARDEES. Recognizing the value of human resource, a total of 153 employees of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in the Cagayan Valley Region were recently awarded for their milestones during the regionwide simultaneous awarding ceremony in time of the celebration of the 36th DENR founding anniversary and Philippine environment month.
 
Sixty-nine employees who finished their post-graduate studies from 2018-2022 and 84 personnel who have rendered 30 years and above government service received certificates of recognition under the Sikap-Aral and Service Awards categories, respectively.
 
The recognition approved by Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of DENR Region 2 aims to acknowledge the hard work and service of officials and employees to encourage efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
 
Assistant Regional Executive Director for Management Services Ismael Manaligod who represented Director Bambalan congratulated the awardees as he encouraged them to work better in the exigency of the service.#
