TRANSFORMING ORGANIZATION WITH EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY. To sustain quality management services offered to the public, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 regularly conducts ENR Courses as part of improving the competencies of all personnel in the region.
 
In the ENR Frontline Course recently held in Tuguegarao City, 31 personnel successfully graduated. It also recognized three awardees who will take the lead in planning support to operation activities to attain the Department's vision towards environmental sustainability.
 
Class 107 Matapang valedictorian, salutatorian and 1st honorable mention were Mathematician Aide I Jaynaliza Ribunal and Administrative Aide VI Jovelle Marie Catiwa of PENRO Quirino and Maria Luisa Quintero of CENRO Alcala, respectively.
 
Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of DENR Region 2 in her message enjoined the graduates to do their job well as the management continues to provide trainings for all employees.
 
"The outcome of this program would depend on how you absorb the learning presented by our competent resource persons once you return to your respective offices,” Director Bambalan emphasized while encouraging them to apply the lessons gained from the training.
 
She also expressed gratitude to the Regional Mobile Training Team and its Secretariat led by Assistant Regional Executive Director Ismael Manaligod and Enforcement Division Chief Joel Daquioag, for organizing the first seven-day ENRA Course this year and continuously developing different approaches to improve the course.
 
For the part of the RMTT, Atty. Manaligod underscored the importance of the course not only to help employees become more competent workers but also to improve the performance of the Department.
 
The ENR Frontline Course is one of the five tracks developed by the ENR Academy (ENRA) to enhance the competencies of the employees. Basic, Supervisory, Managerial, and Executive Courses are among the four additional programs.
 
Since 2019, the graduates of 107 Class Matapang is now the seventh batch completers under ENR Frontline Course managed by DENR Regional Office through the Administrative Division.#
