𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘'𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘. From being a full time government employee for 37 years, Mylene Madduma, chief of the management services division (MSD) of the provincial environment and natural resources (PENR) office in Isabela, is now moving towards being a full time wife and mother as she retires from public service today.
 
“We recognized her dedication and hardwork, including her capability to handle the pressures of work in a professional way,” said Atty. Ismael Manaligod, assistant regional director for management services of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2.
 
Administrative Division Chief Patricia Liban paid tribute to the retiree for being an empowered woman not only at the government service but also to her family and community.
 
In his message, PENR Officer Orly Cariazo also expressed his gratitude to the honoree for being reliable and competent in her work specifically in planning and decision-making.
 
“I would like to thank our officials, supervisors, and co-workers in the government who helped me deliver excellent service to the public,” expressed Chief Madduma during her retirement program.
 
She advised the new entrants in public service to love and enjoy their work and the people they are working with, and to not be afraid of taking risks and addressing challenges.
 
A plaque of public service was awarded to MSD Chief Madduma for fostering cost efficient and effective performance that resulted to an increased productivity in the government service.
 
The honoree started her career as Cartographer I in 1986. She later served in the records office and became Management Services Division Chief for 8 years.
 
The retirement program was also graced by her family members, officials, co-workers, and former colleagues in the Department.#
