𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗦. Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 has recently lectured principles on performance management and Complete Staff Work to all Assistant Division Chiefs and Section Chiefs in the Regional Office.

“As part of your continuing competency development, let me remind you of the need to harness your leadership management in order to achieve excellent teamwork in your respective offices,” said Director Bambalan as she discussed the principles of top, middle and line managers in an organization.

During the brown bag discussion, RED Bambalan encouraged the supervisors to become responsible and accountable officials.

“Exert efforts as you take ownership of the things to be done and make sure to do necessary actions in accord of your roles and responsibilities,” added RED Bambalan.

The regional environment chief also explained the preparation of complete staff work in support of fast, timely and well-informed actions in the office operations.#
