COMPETENT AND RESILIENT ENR GRADUATES. Thirty-Six personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 have recently completed the Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Basic Course at the DENR Regional Training Center in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.
 
In her message during the graduation ceremony held today, Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan congratulated the graduates of Class R2 205 Resilient for giving their best in the whole duration of the learning event.
 
“I have high hope and expectation that with this class’ good performance, DENR Region 2 will make in the future as one of the top performing regions in the country,” the environment chief said with elation.
 
RED Bambalan also encouraged the participants whom she called the future leaders of the Department to practice what they have learned in the course as learning is a continuous process.
 
“The knowledge that you have gained now is just a tip of an iceberg, you still have a lot to learn when you apply all the techniques, skills and knowledge in your daily activities,” she added.
 
The ENR Academy is a specialized competency development program of the DENR which is designed to enhance the capabilities and performance of the employees. It aims to equip employees with knowledge on ENR laws, accountability in public service, service excellence, government’s visions and aspirations, protocols, and personality development.
 
The Regional Mobile Training Team for Frontline and Basic Courses is composed of Assistant Regional Executive Director for Management Services Ismael Manaligod, Enforcement Division Chief Joel Daquioag and PENR Officer Giovannie Magat. It is assisted by the Administrative Division through the Human Resource Development Section of the Regional Office.#
