DEVELOPING COMPETENCIES OF DENR FRONTLINERS. Thirty-Six personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 2 is currently attending the five-day ENR Frontline Course Rollout Training starting yesterday at the DENR Regional Office, Tuguegarao City.
 
In her message, Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan reminded the frontline participants to always uphold the DENR core values in performing their duties and responsibilities as stewards of the environment.
 
“You are here not just to learn the different policies and programs of the Department but to instil in you the values of discipline, excellence, nobility and responsibility,” said Director Bambalan.
 
RED Bambalan also encouraged the participants to do their best and to make the transacting public satisfied with the DENR services by giving them the right, accurate and updated information.
 
The ENR Frontline Course aims to equip the participants with the Agency’s priority programs. It is one of the five tracks developed by the ENR Academy (ENRA) to enhance the competencies of the employees. The four other tracks include Basic, Supervisory, Managerial and Executive Courses.
 
The Regional Mobile Training Team for Frontline and Basic Courses is led by Assistant Regional Executive Director Ismael Manaligod, Enforcement Division Chief Joel Daquioag and PENR Officer Giovannie Magat.#
