The bamboo propagules were produced by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 2 through its mechanized and modernized nursery for soil and water stabilization under the Cagayan River Restoration Project.

 

The planting activity was initiated by the Cagayan Police Provincial Office and was participated in by uniformed personnel of Enrile town, barangay officials, and sangguniang kabataan members.
