LOOK: Outgoing Community Environment and Natural Resources (CENR) Officer Constante Espiritu transfers the key of responsibility to incoming OIC, CENR Officer Bernardino Aganon in a turn-over ceremony administered by Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn Bambalan on June 24. 
 
Supervising Ecosystems Management Specialist Aganon will now lead the CENR Office in Dupax, Nueva Vizcaya in view of the mandatory retirement of Forester Espiritu.
 
The changing of command is pursuant to the regional special order issued by Director Bambalan on June 22.
 
Meanwhile, Supervising Ecosystems Management Specialist Wilfredo Dacuycuy is designated as in-charge of the PENR Sub-Office vice Forester Aganon.
 
In her message, Director Bambalan thanked Espiritu for his 43 years in government service and expressed expectations that his achievements at CENRO Dupax will be sustained by his successor.
 
She ordered the newly designated field officials to give utmost priority to empowering their staff and to always put forward the core values of the department.
 
"Be reminded that public office is a public trust. Let us always provide the best quality service to everyone regardless of religion, gender, age and ethnicity," she added.
 
The virtual and face-to-face turn-over ceremony was witnessed by Assistant Regional Director Marcos Dacanay, Provincial DENR chief Edgar Martin and other officials and employees.#
