HIGHER LEVEL OF SERVICE. Eleven personnel of the DENR in Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino accept the challenge for a higher level of public service as they take their oath of office today at the Ecological Park and Training Center in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.
 
The newly-appointed and promoted employees bested the more than a hundred applicants who underwent the process of selection and promotion by the Regional Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB). The HRMPSB is chaired by Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Lilia dL. Abel. The top five applicants of each position were also interviewed by Regional Executive Director Gwendolyn C. Bambalan.
 
"It is but right to reward you for your contributions in the department. You have to be thankful to yourself dahil kayo ang nagtrabaho para sa promotion ninyo," Director Bambalan said.
 
She encouraged the personnel to faithfully abide by the Panunumpa ng Kawani ng Gobyerno and the DENR core values as they serve with their new positions.
 
"I hope you keep your motivation going. Do not stop dreaming," Director Bambalan advised those applicants who were not chosen and assured them of a fair and square selection and promotion.
 
In her response, Special Investigator II Merly T. Pascua expressed gratitude to the regional top management for believing in their capabilities and for the opportunity to serve the public on a higher level.
 
The oath-taking ceremony was witnessed by ARD Abel, PENR Officer Edgar T. Martin, PENR Officer Mariam Frances T. Malana and CENR Officers of Nueva Vizcaya.#
