A TRIBUTE TO EXCEPTIONAL PUBLIC SERVANT. Regional Executive Director (RED) Gwendolyn Bambalan of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Cagayan Valley awarded a Plaque of Recognition to Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer Bernardino B. Aganon for his 40 years government service, during a recent Retirement Program held at the Thom’s Place, Bagumbayan, Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya.
Describing the honoree as a noble leader, RED Bambalan appreciated the exceptional performance of Forester Aganon during his stint as the CENR Officer of Dupax.
Dubbed as “Araw ng Parangal at Pasasalamat,” the event was also attended by family members and relatives of the honoree, retired DENR personnel, PENR Officer Giovannie Magat, CENR Officers, and other staff from the regional and field offices.
The conduct of retirement programs for employees have been regularly conducted as part of the government's Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence.#
